| Abstract: |
| The 130m3 flotation machine is used for roughing and scavenging in the process of a copper ore. Since the construction of the factory ,the production index has been relatively stable, but with the change of ore properties, the index tends to deteriorate. In this paper, the effect of floatation index on the floatation index is analyzed from the aspects of flotation foam particle rate, grain grade copper grade, grain grade copper metal distribution rate and foam copper grade. On the basis of the analysis of foam flow characteristics, the way to improve the copper recovery index is put forward, which provides technical reference for the next flotation index optimization. Test the basis. |
