| Abstract: |
| According to the MLA analysis of a low grade gold mineral, the raw ore was treated by means of the combined technology, ie. Bulk flotation of raw ore, cyanide leaching of gold of concentrate and leaching residue to float lead. Through a mixed flotation, the bulk concentrate with 16.36g/t of gold and 7.21% of lead can be obtained by a recovery of 78.44% Au and 84.12%. For the cyanide leaching of gold, single factor experiments were taken to test the effects of leaching time, dosage of NaCN and CaO. After that, the leaching conditions were optimized by response surface method. The results show that the optimized gold leaching rate model p value is less than 0.05. The optimum leaching conditions are as follows: the leaching time of 33.49h, the medicament dosage of Cao 3093.03g/t and NaCN 2317.91g/t. Under these conditions, the gold leaching rate is predicted to be 90.49%. The experimental result are consistent with optimization result by the value of 89.91%. The lead concentrate with Pb grade of 50.41% and operation recovery of 51.11%, while the Au of 8.56g/t grade and operation recovery of 38.87%. A great mineral processing indexes can be acquired by this combined technology and the multipurpose utilization of resources has been achieved. |
