| Abstract: |
| In order to further improve the treatment capacity and the problems of radial grate-lifter of Ф8.53 m×3.96 m SAG mill in Dongguashan Copper Mine, The grate-lifter performances was optimal designed based of the radial and curved performances contrast,which was based on the discrete element simulation analysis results. The practical results show that: Compared with radial e-lifter, the unit consumption of semi self grinding steel ball decreased by 17.43%,simultaneously,the treatment capacity of curved grate-lifter was increased by 8.33% and the power was decreased by1.45% when ore was difficulty grinding,and the treatment capacity of curved grate-lifter was increased by 5.45% and the power was decreased by4.01%, it had the characteristics of smooth ore discharge and high ore discharge efficiency, besides, It had obvious advantages in improving processing capacity and reducing power. |
