Abstract:
#$NLGold concomitant leaching is a common phenomenon in the alkaline leaching process of antimony removal in difficult smelting gold deposits containing antimony, which causes gold to enter into the antimony leaching solution and causes some losses. In this paper, based on the instability of alkaline sulfide in the oxidation environment and the series difference of reaction of the concentration of alkaline polysulfide to gold and antimony in the leaching process, the effect of air oxidation and second stage leaching on the inhibition of gold leaching in the leaching process of antimony in the alkaline sulfide system was studied. When 4.5l/(L*min) air was injected into the leaching pulp, the leaching rate of Sb was 63% and that of Au was 0.86% after 4h oxidation leaching.Using the two-stage leaching method, the leaching rate of Sb was 89% and the leaching rate of Au was 4.2%, which was 6.0% lower than that of the one-stage leaching method.
