| Abstract: |
| in this paper, the final products and key intermediate products of copper smelting slag in the mineral processing are analyzed. By means of high-precision mineral dissociation analysis technology (MLA), the mineral composition, element occurrence state, copper mineral composition, mineral particle size distribution, mineral embedding and grinding dissociation characteristics of raw ore, final product and intermediate products in the mineral processing are systematically analyzed by mineralogy to find out the current situation of ore and mineral processing. From the aspects of element balance, mineral balance, particle size balance, dissociation degree balance and copper loss path, the process and production indexes are comprehensively analyzed and evaluated; the defects in the process are found out; the optimization degree and direction of the process are proposed, as well as the difference between the actual production indexes and the theoretical indexes. |
