Abstract:
The Cu grade of the raw ore is 2.52%, the s content is 27.59%, and the sulfide content is close to 60%. It is very difficult to separate copper and sulfur; the content of associated Au and Ag is very high, with great value, reaching 7.8g/t and 585.8g/t respectively, which should be fully recovered. In the process, the traditional preferential flotation is abandoned and the mixed flotation scheme is adopted; on the basis of rough grinding, the coarse concentrate is reground; in the reagent system, the new inhibitor sty is used, and a small amount of sodium sulfide and active carbon are added for chemical removal. Under the optimum conditions, two kinds of concentrate products, copper and sulfur, were obtained. The grade of copper concentrate is 21.27%, the recovery rate is as high as 92.43%, the silver content of copper concentrate is as high as 4115.8g/t, the gold content is as high as 34.9g/t, the grade of sulfur concentrate is 45%, the gold content is 7.5g/t, the silver content is 153.2g/t, the copper, sulfur, gold and silver are all recovered efficiently, especially the separation effect of copper and sulfur is very good. This study provides a good solution for the efficient recovery of the polymetallic ore. the grade of sulfur concentrate is 45%, the gold content is 7.5g/t, the silver content is 153.2g/t, and the copper, sulfur, gold and silver are all recovered efficiently, especially the separation effect of copper and sulfur is very good. This study provides a solution for the efficient recovery of the polymetallic ore.
