| Abstract: |
| This study introduces the smelting process and production practice of NGL furnaces using high-grade miscellaneous copper as raw materials. By comparing the main technical and economic indicators of various waste miscellaneous copper treatment systems, it is shown that this process integrates nitrogen stirring and dilute oxygen combustion system The unit consumption of natural gas was reduced from the design value of 65m3 to 40m3, and the energy saving efficiency is obvious; combining the advantages of the tilting furnace and the rotary anode furnace, the NGL furnace body is innovatively designed, with high degree of automation and good environmental protection; Copper, producing anode copper containing Cu ≥ 99.2%. |
