| Abstract: |
| The process of acid leaching, roasting-acid leaching, ammonia leaching, reduction roasting- ammonia leaching, chloridizing roasting were used for removal of Ni from FCC Waste Catalyst. The removal rate of Ni are 16.64%、10%、0.8%、23.92% and 64.53%, respectively.
And the treated residue which the nickel content is more than 0.1% cannot meet the standards for general industrial solid wastes. Then the FCC Waste Catalyst was treated by the process of reduction smelting. When the waste catalyst was reduction smelted at 1450 ℃ for 2 hour with addition of 11% of Fe2O3 and 5% of anthracite, the removal rate of Ni was 92.6%. The smelting slag which the nickel content is 0.06% can meet the standards for general industrial solid wastes. |
