Abstract:
      Taking baiyun obo iron tailings as the research object, the preferential flotation recovery of rare earth technology was studied. According to the mineralogical properties of the sample, the hydroxyl oxime acids collector LF-P8 was used, and water glass was used as the inhibitor, The 2 # oil is a foaming agent., At a pH of 9.0 and a temperature of 60°C,using one roughing, three refining, and merged medium ore return closed-circuit flotation process to treat samples, and the rare earth concentrate with a grade (REO) of 50.52% and a recovery rate (REO) of 81.30% can be obtained. has successfully realized the efficient recovery and utilization of the rare earth resources in the iron tailings of separation.
