Abstract:
Copper resources are the material basis of national security and economic development in all countries in the world. With the increasing demand for copper in the world, the primary copper sulfide ore resources that are easy to be mined and prepared are gradually exhausted, and the development and utilization of oxidized copper ore and copper sulfide ore become inevitable. For the Laotian altered basalt oxy-sulfur mixed copper mine, the content of copper is 1.00%, the oxidation rate is 17.60%, among which the combined copper oxide accounts for 5.60%. The study of process mineralogy shows that the ore has the characteristics of complex mineral composition, fine and uneven grain size and incomplete dissociation. Based on the actual investigation of the concentrator and the study of the process mineralogy characteristics, the main factors influencing the concentration index are the grinding fineness and the reasonable reagent system. The closed-circuit test results show that two kinds of copper concentrate have been obtained under the condition of fine grinding and reasonable dosage. Among them, the grade of 1Cu concentrate is 4.23%, the recovery rate of Cu is 3.63%, the grade of 2Cu concentrate is 19.38%, the recovery rate of Cu is 71.56%, and the combined grade of Cu concentrate is 16.52%, the recovery rate of Cu is 75.19%.
