| Abstract: |
| (Dexing Copper Mine,Jiangxi Copper Corporation Ltd., Dexing Jiangxi 334224,China):The experimental study of using alumina ball instead of steel ball mainly compared the grinding effect of 20%、25%、30%、33% and 35% of the grinding rate of alumina ball in the regrinding mill.When the alumina ball fills to 35%, the grinding effect is best,the content of -76μm and -38.5μm in the graded overflow reached 95.32% and 71.36%, respectively.It was 3.63 and 7.45 percentage points higher than the steel ball, respectively.The abrasion and energy consumption of alumina balls is 0.005kg.t-1, 0.084kWh.t-1, respectively ,which are 82.14% and 58% lower than that of steel balls. It is shown that alumina ball has great advantages in energy saving and consumption reduction. |
