Abstract: |
In this paper, based on a slope of waste dump with high terrace in China,Bishop method, Morgenstern price method, Spencer method and residual thrust method were used respectively, The slope stability under different instability modes of waste dump is studied. The results show that, for high terrace waste dump slope, when the foundation has weak overburden and the natural terrain is steep, both the short-range sliding and the sliding along the soil foundation interface are potential instability modes, the corresponding slope stability is comprehensively determined by different calculation methods. |
