| Abstract: |
| The Cu grade and the Pb grade of the mixed crude concentrate is 8.51% and 15.23%, respectively. The inclusions of chalcopyrite and galena with fine grain size dominate the sample. According to the properties of the sample, the copper-lead separation experiment is mainly carried out from the perspective of flotation and gravity separation. Finally, a combined process of coarse concentration, copper-lead separation (suppressing lead floating copper), and gravity separation to improve the grade Pb is recommended. The self-designed combination inhibitor RBT-2, which is non-cyanide, low chromium, and pollution-free, is adopted to the lead-free copper float process to achieve effective separation of Cu and Pb. Finally, a Cu concentrate with a Cu grade of 21.50%, a Pb content of 4.57%, and a Cu recovery rate of 69.92% is obtained; a Pb concentrate with a Pb grade of 46.89%, a Cu content of 0.82%, and a Pb recovery rate of 55.39% is obtained. In this process, the gravity separation process improved the grade of Pb concentrate, thus enrich the Pb minerals, and the separation effect is obvious, the Pb concentrate with a Pb grade of more than 40% is obtained. |
