Abstract:
Acopper-lead-zinc sulfide ore display a property of complexSparageneticSrelationship of chalcopyrite, galena, sphalerite in pyrite. In addition, the disseminated extent of chalcopyrite is micro-fine particle. The separation indicator is sever hindered by the traits mentioned above. A process flow with copper-lead bulk flotation - regrinding separation was adopted. A copper concentrate containing 20.52%Cu, a lead concentrate with Pb grade 58.91% were obtained. Note that, the recovery of Cu and Pb reached up to 65.11%, 90.01%respectively. Meanwhile, the associated metal silver was recovered comprehensively. The comprehensive utilization rate of resources has been improved effectively. The technology and reagent system adopted in this study would give a guideto the mineral processing of fine inlaid sulfide ores.
