| Abstract: |
| In this paper, a cohesive force model is established to describe the damage and evolution of cracks in the process of zinc stripping. Through finite element analysis, the mechanical characteristics of the zinc flake during the peeling process of the zinc flake are analyzed. The relationship between the stripping blade running time, stripping blade running distance and stripping blade load is obtained. It provides the theoretical support for the optimization of the shovel stripping process. This research also provides theoretical reference and technical support for the design of automatic zinc stripping equipment, which has important practical significance in engineering. |
