Abstract:
In the process of sulphuric roasting-leaching-electrowinning to treat copper sulfide concentrate, the leaching rate of copper can be increased by adding pre-leaching, and the contents of main impurity elements such as Fe, Mn, Co, which affect copper electrowinning in calcine leaching solution are reduced. The results show that the final leaching rate of Cu is more than 99% when the acid ore ratio is 0.3:1, the temperature is 50 ℃, the time is 3 h and the liquid-solid ratio is 1:1. The contents of Fe and Mn in calcine leaching solution are 0.12g/L and 0.005g/L respectively. Through the orthogonal test of pre-leaching section, it is determined that the acid ore ratio has the greatest influence on the leaching rate of each element. When the ratio of acid to ore is 0.6:1, the temperature is 70 ℃, the time is 2h, and the liquid-solid ratio is 1:1, the slag leaching rate of Fe is 93.61%, that of Mn is 59.50%, and that of Mg is 32.97%.
