| Abstract: |
| The traditional cyclone feed body is involute type, The new type hydrocyclone using spiral structure, this structure can reduce the cyclone inlet resistance, and can realize pre-classification. Experimental results showed that the grading efficiency spiral feeding body of hydrocyclone is higher than that of the traditional cyclone grading efficiency by 7.96 percentage points, the efficiency curve steepness index was 0.044 points higher, overflow -74μm fineness high7 percentage points. |
