| Abstract:Arsenic is a harmful element in the raw materials of copper smelting. Arsenic compounds existed in different smelting products, and the oxides of arsenic were volatile, which was harmful to the environment and human health. Mastering the distribution and recycling of arsenic in the copper ISASMELT process was the key to achieving harmless arsenic. Through the balance calculation of the proportion of arsenic in the input and output materials in the copper ISASMELT process. The results showed that the arsenic entering the smoke dust and sulfuric acid system accounted for 76.86% and 5.54% of the total arsenic input respectively; Combined with the distribution characteristics of arsenic in the ISASMELT process, this article introduced some technological methods for removing and recovering arsenic from arsenic-containing fumes and polluted acid in recent years, mainly include pyrometallurgical process, hydrometallurgical process, pyro-hydro-metallurgical process and biological treatment process.On this basis, for the future arsenic-containing smoke dust and acid wastewater,the new ideas of vacuum reduction pre-arsenic removal、low temperature sulfide deep arsenic removal,and the arsenic removal solution from sewage acid wastewater combined with biological process for further arsenic removal were put forward. |
