Abstract:
One Ag-rich Pb-Zn polymetallic ore ,which mainly contains sulfide ore and a spot of oxidized ore, with the grade of silver is 225g/t, the grade of lead is 3.26% and zinc 1.14%. In order to recover the fine disseminated silver ore efficiently, BK809 was selected as the collector of silver and lead sulfide, adopting the flowsheet of “flotation of silver and lead sulfide - Zn/S separation after bulk flotation - lead oxide separation from Zn/S bulk flotation tailings”, meanwhile taking the regrinding of silver-lead sulfide concentrate, obtaining the following separation results during the closed-circuit test: gold grade 3.56 g/t, gold recovery 49.94%, silver grade 3777 g/t, silver recovery 71.22%, lead grade 55.57%,lead recovery71.73% in total lead concentrate; zinc grade 53.60% and zinc recovery 69.46% in zinc concentrate; sulfur grade 40.90% and sulfur recovery 45.79% in sulfur concentrate, finally the comprehensive recovery of ore was achieved.
