| Abstract: |
| The main valuable elements in a lead-zinc ore in Gansu Province are lead, zinc and silver, which have comprehensive utilization value. Chemical phase analysis shows that lead and zinc mainly exist in the form of sulfide, and silver mainly exists in the form of natural silver and silver sulfide. According to the properties of the ore, the sequential preferential flotation process of lead and zinc was adopted. Based on the condition test, the closed-circuit test was carried out. A lead concentrate with Pb of 51.45%, the recovery rate of lead was 85.26%, a zinc concentrate whose grade of zinc was 53.38%, the recovery rate of zinc was 91.14%, and the associated silver was also well recovered. The process is reasonable and the index is qualified, which can provide guidance for the recovery of similar resources. |
