| Abstract: |
| In order to make efficient use of tungsten resources in China, the beneficiation test was carried out for low-grade tungsten ore in Wen shan du long, Yunnan province, and the test flow was optimized. The WO3 grade of this tungsten ore is 0.98%, with complex structure and high calcium content of associated gangue mineral, which belongs to the refractory tungsten ore. Experimental research on the grinding fineness, reagent dosage and selected, the influence of temperature on tungsten flotation results show that the grinding fineness for -74 μm accounted for75%, using sodium carbonate (Na2CO3) for pH adjusting agent, water glass as inhibitor, LKY as collector, pine oil as frother, through its "desulfurization - a roughing - select three times - a second scavenging" the whole process of closed circuit flotation test, finally get grade is 64.65%, the recovery rate of tungsten concentrate of 88.82%, better recovery of the tungsten. |
