| Abstract: |
| The iron grade of Xiding iron mine in Yunnan Province is 41.55%, which mainly contains magnetite and hematite limonite. In this study, shaking table gravity separation, low intensity magnetic separation and high intensity magnetic separation were used to verify the separability of the iron ore. The magnetite concentrate with a grade of 60.31% can be selected by the low intensity magnetic separation process of "two stages grinding, one roughing and one refining". The hematite and limonite in tailings is not easy to recover. Considering the comprehensive separation cost, it is difficult to use the ore in Xiding iron mine at preasent. |
