Abstract:
The grades of copper and iron in a copper-iron-silver polymetallic ore are 1.34% and 41.09%, respectively, which accompanied by beneficial component silver. The ore has a large comprehensive recovery value. The copper mineral in the ore mainly exists in the form of chalcopyrite and tetrahedrite, which is in the form of leaching, clumpy or fine veins. The iron mineral mainly exists in the form of siderite, and mostly in the form of dense block aggregates. The accompanying element silver is in the form of sulphides and insoluble minerals wrapped in silver. Based on the characteristics of the ore, the comprehensive recovery test adopted the process of "natural pH flotation copper, tailings neutral roasting and weak magnetic iron", which realized the effective recovery of copper minerals and iron minerals in the ore, while the accompanying silver minerals in the ore were also effectively enriched. The comprehensive recovery index was excellent.
