| ABSTRACT: In this paper, the production experiment was carried out from several main factors affecting the power consumption of copper stripping electro deposition, such as cell voltage, copper arsenic ratio, temperature, operation period, etc, under the technological conditions of copper 20-38 g/L, arsenic 10-19 g/L and nickel 20-27 g/L, the average cell voltage of electro deposition is reduced from 2.9 V to 2.2 V, the ratio of copper to arsenic is reduced from 2.1 to 1.4, the temperature of electrolyte is controlled at 50-55℃, the production cycle is controlled within 5-7 days, and the power consumption of de copper electro-deposition is reduced 10.71%. |
