Abstract:
      The process industry is a general term for the industrial enterprises whose production process is continuous or semi continuous. Alumina production is a continuous process, which is a typical process industry. It not only has the demand of realizing automatic control for each process itself, but also has a direct relationship with the logistics of upstream and downstream processes in terms of quality and quantity. It must start from the overall situation of the whole production process and focus on the quality and quantity of each process Control requirements and information exchange requirements are optimized. Alumina production process is relatively long, including raw ore, dissolution, sedimentation, decomposition, evaporation and roasting processes, which need to be gradually broken through from each process. The optimization control system takes fuzzy control and neural network as the core, and realizes self-adaptive and artificial intelligence with excellent performance without establishing accurate mathematical model. Through the data correlation analysis, combined with the production process, using fuzzy control, rule self-learning and other technologies to solve the complex process conditions, non-linear, variable time delay, multi variable coupling and other issues, and optimize the product output, granularity and other key process indicators. The system can effectively ensure the stable operation of the process and the qualified production quality indicators of each section, and effectively improve the work efficiency of the process, save energy consumption, reduce the number of operators and work intensity. Especially, it can improve the handling capacity of the machine, reduce the abnormal stop of the site, increase the belly of the mill, run rough of the hydrocyclone and draw thin.
