Abstract:
      Industrial cloud service is an important means of intelligent upgrading of industrial internet and realization of digital mine construction. This paper introduces the development of digital simulation model for the important large-scale grinding equipment in the mineral grinding process, and the specific research process of realizing the online self-diagnosis function of a SAG mill via the industrial cloud service. The SAG mill online self-appraisal tool can be used for quantitative calculation of important information such as material movement inside the SAG mill and particle size distribution of grinding products in different processing production periods. The results can be quickly visualized by cloud service mode. This tool can provide an intuitive judgment method for the operation state analysis of a SAG mill, and can provide suggestions for the SAG mill operation and process optimization according to the calculation results.
