| Abstract: Flotation of copper smelting slag will produce a large amount of tailings, and the iron content in the tailings is much higher than the average grade of iron ore in my country. In order to realize the resource utilization of copper flotation tailings, this study selected copper flotation tailings of a copper smelting enterprise in Yunnan as the raw material, anthracite as the reducing agent, and the coal-based reduction method was used to prepare micro-electrolytic fillers; and the effect of filler preparation process conditions on its treatment of methyl orange was studied. The results showed that: the micro-electrolysis filler prepared under the conditions for treating the simulated of mass ratio of anthracite to copper slag flotation tailings mass ratio of anthracite to copper slag flotation tailings 30%, roasting temperature at 1300℃ for 60 min had the best degradation effect on treatment of the methyl orange. Increasing the amount of filler could promote the degradation effect. When the initial pH value ranging from 2 to 10, the removal rate of methyl orange is close to 100% after being treated with fillers for 30 min. |
