Abstract:
A copper smelting furnace ash contains lead, nickel, copper and other metal elements. In order to utilize the nickel in the ash, the lead content in the ash needs to be reduced so that the ash can be returned to the smelting system for reuse. Through the use of magnetic separation, spiral chute, cyclone, fine sieve and cyclone-fine sieve combined sieving method to carry out the lead removal test research, and finally select the cyclone-fine sieve combination sieve as the best de-lead solution. Under the condition that the raw material contains 2.04% lead, the lead enrichment ratio of the lead-rich product is 2.67 times, the lead recovery rate is 92.30%, the nickel recovery rate is 31.67%, and the low-lead product contains 0.24% lead. The low-lead product can be smelted System recycling.
