| Abstract: |
| In order to obtain high-quality super iron concentrate, a beneficiation experiment of "grinding-magnetic separation-flotation" was carried out on an iron concentrate. The results showed that magnetic separation was carried out at the grinding fineness of -0.037mm accounting for 95% by vertical mill and the magnetic field strength of 62.4kA/m,then flotation of magnetic separation concentrate was performed under the conditions which the dosage of sodium carbonate was 2000g/t, high temperature causticized starch was 200g/t, and acidified dodecylamine was 120g/t. Ultimately high-quality super iron concentrate were obtained which the yield is 49.50%, the iron grade is 72.24%, the silicon dioxide content is 0.08%, and other impurities are minor. |
