Abstract:
La1.6Y0.4Mg16Ni rare earth alloy was prepared by vacuum smelting,by using reaction ball milling to deal with alloy 10h,analysis of the ball mill before and after alloy particles’ morphology and particle size by SEM, particle-size analyzer and XRD, contrast with comparison with ball mill 10h and no ball mill alloy powders’ the electrochemical properties and dynamic performance. The results show that, the alloy powders’ particle size intensive dispersal of 45 micron nearby after ball mill 10h,and particle size distribution focus, particles roughly was spherical, to form the amorphous phase. The preparation of material by ball mill alloy with high discharge cycle stability, better high power discharge performance. The electrochemical properties has improved.
