| Abstract: |
| The leaching residue obtained from the copper sulfide concentrate after sulfuration roasting and acid leaching still contains a certain amount of copper and cobalt. For this copper-cobalt residue, the pressure leaching process was studied. The results show that the leaching rates of copper and cobalt are as high as 96.5% and 98.1%,respectively,while that of iron is limited at 8.3% in the following conditions: the liquid to solid ratio 6:1,the initial acid concentration 100g/L,the preleaching time 30min,the leaching temperature 180℃,the oxygen partial pressure 0.6MPa,the leching time 3h. |
