Abstract:
      In order to reduce the content of calcium carbonate in fluorite concentrate and improve the quality of fluorite concentrate, fluorite flotation optimization was carried out on the tailings from magnetic separation of iron, sulfur and tungsten. According to the test, the optimal coarse separation conditions were as follows: the mass fraction of the ore fineness -0.074mm accounted for 68.09%, the mixed alkali adjusted pH=9.5, the water glass dosage was 2kg/t, CYP dosage was 200g/t, and the fluorite coarse concentrate with low calcium carbonate content could be obtained.
