Abstract:
Non-ferrous metal smelting flue gas treated by lime gypsum method produced desulfurized slag with complex components that consist of toxic and harmful elements such as heavy metals and metalloids, which can be potentially harmful to ecological environment in the processes of stacking and storage. For the purpose of resource utilization of desulfurized slage, cement kiln collaborative disposal technology was applied to treat this slag preparing cement raw materials, and the effects of the proportion of incinerated desulfurized slage on the performance of cement raw materials were investigated detailedly. The results showed that the content of As, Cu and Zn in clinker exceeds the standard when 0.6%~1.0% incinerated desulfurized slag was added into the cement raw materials but the leaching contents of heavy metals conform to corresponding standard. It deserves mentioning that the physical and chemical properties of cement products can fully meet the use standards of cement, with addition of 0.7% desulfurized slag into cement raw materials. Overall, with addition of 0.6%~1.0% incinerated desulfurized slag, the emission of HCl, HF, heavy metals and their compounds, metalloid compounds and their compounds in the tail gas from the kiln meet the 《Standard for pollution control on co-processing of solid wastes in Cement kiln》(GB 30485-2013).
