| Abstract: |
| This paper introduces the causes and negative effects of F-, Al3+ accumulation in zinc hydrometallurgy system with "High temperature and high acid——Low pollution alum precipitation". In production, spray iron precipitation process is adopted. Through intermittent operation, F-、 Al3 + in the system are opened while iron is precipitated. Production practice shows that adding Al3+ in zinc hydrometallurgy system can stabilize fluorine content in electrolyte and improve stripping rate of cathode zinc; spray iron precipitation process is used to assist F -, Al3 + in open circuit system to avoid the negative impact of high-level balance of impurities in the system on production. |
