| Abstract: |
| For the domestic comminution process flow of a certain mine with an altitude of 4500m, this paper took the ore of this mine as the research object to carry out semi-autogenous selection SMC falling weight test, and obtained the ore property parameters of this mine project. On the basis, Through the commonly used JKSimMet simulation software, the result of SAB grinding process mill equipment selection was obtained. And the technological and economic schemes of SAB process, 3CB process and HPGR process were compared. Based on the characteristics of the ores and the plateau area, the SAB process was recommended for the comminution process of this mine project. |
