| Abstract: |
| In this paper, a zinc hydrometallurgy plant used lime two-stage neutralization process to enrich and recover indium from acid solution containing indium,the problems of high loss of indium in pre neutralization slag, difficult filtration of pre neutralization underflow pulp and difficult filtration of neutralization precipitation underflow pulp in production practice are emphatically pointed out.By changing the pre neutralization limestone slurry from straight pipe to coil pipe, the pre neutralization acidity is controlled according to the gradient of 35→25→15→10g/L and reducing the concentration of Fe ion in pre neutralization solution by rational proportioning,that can reduce in ~100g/T in pre neutralized gypsum slag and improve the filtration performance of pre neutralized pulp;By increasing the pH value of neutralization indium from 4.6 to 5.0 and controlling it stably, adding a neutralization indium tank and prolonging the reaction time, the filtration performance of neutralization indium slurry was improved. |
