| Abstract: |
| According to the cyanide tailings characteristics in a gold mine, in order to reach the backfill pollution control index limit of HJ 943—2018 Technical Specification for Pollution Control of Cyanide Leaching Residue in Gold Industry, CG101 high-efficiency agent and hydrogen peroxide are used to experimental research on decyanation treatment of cyanide tailings. The influences of dosage, pH value and reaction time on the removal effect of cyanide are mainly investigated, and the optimal reaction conditions are determined. The test results show that the tailings treated with CG101 high-efficiency agent and hydrogen peroxide can meet the standard requirements. The optimal reaction conditions for CG101 high-efficiency agent decyanation treatment are as follows: the dosage is 7 g/L, the pH value of the reaction is controlled in the range of 8.0 to 9.0, the gas-liquid ratio is 1:50, and the reaction time is 2 h. The optimal reaction conditions for hydrogen peroxide decyanation treatment are as follows: the dosage is 10 mL/L, the pH value of the reaction is controlled in the range of 6.5 to 7.0, and the reaction time is 2 h. |
