| a certain lead-zinc mine backfilling cementation filling material used to high mining cost is one of the important problem restricting the development of the enterprise, to effectively reduce the filling cost, choose the reasonable ratio of slag powder, through the field is not in the same period of age, different ratio and different powder adding quantity of block strength test and research, finally determine the high ratio (1:4, 1:5) 20% 25% powder filling recommended; Medium proportion (1:6, 1:8) filling is recommended to use about 20% micro powder; For low ratio (1:10, 1:12, 1:15), 15%-20% micro powder is recommended for filling. Through technical modification and application of filling, the annual amount of replaceable cement is 4,400 tons, the cost of cement is saved 460,000 /a, and good economic benefits are obtained. |
