Abstract:
      there are two kinds of steel ball adding application methods of domestic copper mine mill system with daily processing capacity of more than 10000 tons: compared with the old method, the steel ball is hoisted to the ore inlet of the mill, and the ball is manually added; a new control system is specially designed for the addition of mill ball, with PLC as the core, supporting instruments and electrical equipment to realize the automatic addition of steel ball. Since Yunnan Diqing Nonferrous Metals Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the company) has been put into production, adding steel balls of four mills is an old way of manual adding, which consumes manpower and material resources and is not safe. In the company"s overall implementation of cost reduction and efficiency increase, it is not advisable to add ball by adding a complete set of control system equipment by means of PLC as the core design, which will increase the company"s production cost. Therefore, combined with the company"s automation system and economic situation, it is imperative to purchase small parts such as counting sensors and small frequency converters, make full use of DCS system platform function, and explore and design steel ball adding control system by ourselves.
