| Abstract: |
| Separation of lead and zinc has always been a difficult problem in the field of mineral processing, the flotation is one of the most effective methods for separation galena and sphalerite. The difficult separation of lead and zinc from lead-zinc polymetallic sulfide ore due to the similar floatability of galena and sphalerite, the dense symbiosis and complex dissemination relationship. The key to solve the difficult separation of lead-zinc is the application of high efficiency flotation reagents. In this paper, the major research advances of lead-zinc sulfide ore collector, depressant, activator and pH modifier are overall summarized. The sphere of application, merits and demerits of flotation reagents are analyzed. On the basis of them, the future research focus and direction of flotation reagents of lead-zinc sulfide ore is prospected. |
