Abstract:
Nitric acid can be recycled as a leaching agent. The article studies the influence of acid concentration, solid-liquid ratio, stirring speed, leaching time, leaching temperature on the leaching of four elements of Ni、Co、Fe and Mg from laterite nickel ore under normal pressure. Solve the leaching kinetics of nickel. The results showed that: under the conditions of acid concentration of 300g/L, solid-liquid ratio of 1:12g/mL, stirring speed of 250rpm, leaching time of 150min, and leaching temperature of 85℃, Ni, Co, Fe, and Mg. The leaching rates of sulphate were 98.75%, 91.66%, 81.45%, 94.21%. The leaching process of nickel conforms to the shrinking nucleus model, the reaction activation energy is 38.804kJ/mol, and the reaction process is controlled by chemical reaction and internal diffusion mixing.
