| Abstract: |
| The large diameter deep hole back filling method was used to expolit the second room in Ashele Copper Mine, As the surrounding rock of the filled body, the strength and stability of the filling body are related to the safety and economic benefits of the two-step mining. In this paper, a variety of theoretical calculation methods were used to calculate and analyze the stability of the filling body in the 0 m middle North 1 # mining room. The numerical calculation model was established, and the simulation were carried out from the displacement, stress and plastic zone based on Phase2 software. The comprehensive analysis shows that the designed filling strength of the mining filed were reasonable for the two-step mining. After the excavation of the test stope, the overall displacement of the filling body on both sides was small, and the maximum principal stress was generally less than the ultimate compressive strength. The distribution range of the plastic zone was limited, and the tensile failure area did not appear to be interconnected in a large range, indicating that the stability of the filling body was reliable and the possibility of large-scale collapse and caving of the filling body was small in the two-step mining. |
