| Abstract: |
| The zinc and sulfur grades of a sulfur-zinc type deep sea polymetallic sulfide are 20.44% and 36.6%, while the gold and silver are 6.89g/t and 141g/t. According to the properties of ore, the natural sulfur concentrate is obtained first, and then the zinc concentrate is obtained by the preferential flotation process of sulfur - zinc. Natural sulfur concentrate with sulfur grade of 70.36%, sulfur recovery of 23.09%, zinc grade of 14.61% and zinc recovery of 8.34% and zinc concentrate with zinc grade of 49.90% and zinc recovery of 85.56% can be obtained by closed-circuit process. The total recovery of zinc was 93.90%. After cyanide leaching of flotation tailings, the total recovery of gold and silver can reach 83.3% and 86.3%. |
