| Abstract: |
| With the development of intelligent manufacturing technologies and the increasing demand for efficient development and utilization of mineral resources, lots of mining groups are increasingly interested in the construction of intelligent concentrators. This article aims at the construction practice of Zijin Group’s overseas mine intelligent concentrators, and proposes a four-layer intelligent concentrator framework model with basic data, expert control, model optimization, and smart management and control, and elaborates on the digitization of production, intelligent operation, analytical modeling, and management information. Such construction methods summarized the application effects of the intelligent concentrator construction, which can be discussed and used for reference by peers in the field of beneficiation. |
