Abstract:
183: The microwave dielectric properties and temperature rise behavior of the mixture of ammonium chlorruthenate and ruthenium powder were studied by resonant cavity perturbation method, the results show that the microwave dielectric properties of ammonium chlorruthenate - ruthenium powder mixture are proportional to the apparent density; At 25~300℃,the microwave dielectric properties of the mixed materials change slowly with the increase of temperature, while at 300 ~ 450 ℃, the dielectric properties of the mixture increase sharply with the increase of temperature. The wave absorption performance of the mixed material with 5% ruthenium powder is obviously better than that of ammonium chlorruthenate. In the microwave field, the temperature of ammonium chlorruthenate rises slowly, while the temperature of ammonium ruthenate - ruthenium powder mixture rises rapidly, the heating rate increases with the increase of microwave power and material amount.
