| Abstract: |
| The content of gold in a micro-disseminated oxidized gold deposit from abroad is 2.58 g /t. The mineral composition and properties were analyzed by XRF, XRD, SEM-EDS and AAS. On this basis, the direct stirring leaching process of sodium thiosulphate-copper ammonia complex system was studied. The effects of reagents concentrations, liquid-solid ratio, pH value, stirring speed on the gold leaching were investigated. The effects of two stabilizers, Na2SO3 and (NH4)2SO4, on reducing the consumption of thiosulfate were also studied. The results show that (NH4)2SO4 and Na2SO3 can be used as stabilizers to reduce the consumption of Na2S2O3, and the gold leaching yield can be improved from 52.71% to 73.26% after condition experiment and comprehensive optimization experiment. The gold leaching mechanism and the optimal leaching process of various experimental factors were analyzed in order to provide reference for the development and utilization of this type of mineral resources. |
