| Abstract: |
| With the continuous consumption of primary copper sulfide in China, copper sulfide and copper oxide mixed ores have become an important source of copper production. The oxygen-sulfur mixed copper ore from Diqing, Yunnan contains 0.67 % Cu and the oxidation rate is 17.37 %. The copper sulfide minerals are mainly chalcopyrite and bornite, and the copper oxide minerals are malachite. In this paper, sulfide- xanthate flotation method was used to analyze the mechanism of mineral processing agents on oxygen- sulfur mixed copper ore. The effects of grinding fineness, lime dosage, sodium sulfide dosage, collector type and dosage and coarse concentrate regrinding on flotation indexes were studied. The results show that a closed-circuit process of one roughing, two cleaning and two scavenging, and regrinding of rough concentrate is adopted, with lime as the inhibitor, sodium sulfide as the vulcanizing agent, and butyl xanthate and hydroxamic acid as the combined collector. Finally, a lead concentrate with a Cu grade of 18.26% and a Cu recovery rate of 83.93% was obtained. The thesis provides a certain research foundation for the high flotation recovery of similar oxygen-sulfur mixed copper ore. |
