| Abstract: |
| Table concentrator gravity separation is adopted for recovery of the gravity separation tailings of a tin-copper sulfide ore from Yunnan, which has the problem of low operation efficiency. In order to improve the operation recovery rate of tailings reconcentration and reduce the tin grade of tailings, the cassiterite flotation experiments on the tailings from a high tin raw ore were carried out. The test results show that, adoption of hydrocyclone de-coarsening-hydrocyclone de-slime-de-sulfur flotation-cassiterite flotation process, tin concentrate grading 4.05% Sn, operation recovery of cassiterite flotation of 63.48% and recovery of tailings of 19.46% were obtained. By using of the flotation process for tin tailings, the operation efficiency was improved comparing to the original gravity separation process, and has a certain reference significance for the re-utilization of the same kind of tailings resources. |
