| Abstract: |
| The application of plasma to the field of copper slag dilution is a new copper slag dilution technology with broad application prospects. In this paper, taking the small plasma copper slag dilution furnace as the research object, the distribution of plasma electron density in the furnace chamber of the small plasma copper slag dilution furnace is simulated by COMSOL Multiphysics software, which provides a basis for reasonably selecting the power supply voltage and power and optimizing the electrode position of the furnace. The furnace body, lifting device, electrode and other parts of the structure are designed and optimized by using SolidWorks and 3ds Max software. The furnace body, power supply system, plasma generation system, control system and gas path system were selected and designed to develop a small plasma copper slag depletion furnace with small volume, good heat preservation effect and simple and convenient operation. The furnace has been used in a copper smelter, and can reduce the copper content of the electric furnace slag to less than 0.3%, and has achieved a good dilution effect. |
