| Abstract: |
| The experimental study of oxygen pressure acid leaching lead matte was described in this paper. Various factors affecting the copper leaching rate were investigated. The optimal conditions for one-stage oxygen pressure acid leaching treatment of lead matte were: the particle size of lead matte was -45 μm, the initial mass of sulfuric acid was 150.00 g, the reaction temperature was 100 oC, the leaching time was 150 min, and the oxygen pressure was 1.0 MPa, the liquid-solid ratio was 3.0:1; the leaching rate of copper in the lead matte could reach more than 98%. The two-stage oxygen pressure acid leaching test of lead matte showed that this method could not only increase the leaching rate of copper, but also reduced the impurity content in the leaching solution. Lead and sulfur were concentrated in the leaching residue, realizing the comprehensive utilization of lead matte resources. |
